Should I worry about the headgasket with the following...?

75 HP DDP's
10 Plate Stock Position
AFE Stage 1
35 PSI

And will I need a new turbo right now with the stuff listed?

Sorry for so many topics, but I'm learning....

No, but I bet you will

I'd look at timing and a GSK ans well as pushing the plate forward before injectors. You should still be fine with the stock turbo if you don't tow HEAVY.

He may be alright towing. I just installed a 913 pump and managed to pull 21k gross without problems. I still need to fine tune the GSK and I also blew the head gasket on the test drive. Probably my fault for getting the timing wrong the first time. Dont bar the motor backwards when the timings being set. Thinks that it was around 60 degrees

Just get a set of studs next so you can quit worrying about the HG
Coming from the guy who has no studs and worries about his hg- maybe I should give myself the same advice

Wouldnt start but it smoked like a pulling truck trying to get going. There was white smoke so thick that it looked like a fog bank rolling in!!! Finally figured out what was wrong, fixed, and then test driven. Came back and saw smoke out the down draft tube. You guessed it, blown head gasket.
