Re:Shift Kits

I think mine is a B&D or a B&M can't remember but I like it had a trans go and it f&&%ed my vavle body after about 5000 km/h took out the whole tranny installed the B&M (I think it is) and a voltage reg from DTT no probs.

I have a full DTT setup, but have installed 7 of these, and the guys have liked them none of the problems associated with the transgo. Any shift kit is an interim fix until you save up the bucks for a torque converter and a full blown tranny. The fairbanks has the heavy duty band strut and is a little more involved than doing the V/B.

Re:Shift Kits

I have the transgo shift kit along with a low stall T/C and I really like the way it shifts...50% of the time I haul a 44ft loaded trailer and it shifts chisp and clean even when Iam running in the Pocono mountains here in PA

Re:Shift Kits

Pro-Loc makes a very nice vb and shifts are tunable to max rpm upshift without hitting the revlimiter they also have torque conv that give good bottom end and couples up when you need the ponies have a great day
