schwitzer 4LHR?

how is this turbo compared to an HT3B? is it same rotation and would it work as good in a set of twins?

Yes and yes. The housings are usually a tad bigger but wheel size seems to be about the same.

do you know how big the exhaust flange is for? and also the intake size so I can put together some pipes for it?

I have had one.
Don't remember the exact specs but it was close in all respects to the HT3B.
