i hade the rv 275 pop tested 15,000 miles ago and i replaced the o-rings on cross over tubes. copper and o-ring on injector were fine. all fuel lines are torqued tight and no leakes. wut do u mean when u said they need to be balanced?. my body has all same mods as me but he has a SO truck and he put in the .093 connector tubes and his idles fine.is it the HO pump that could be hurtin the idle.

Hello,
I did new crossover tubes on mine when i did the nozzles, because one had an indent on the rounded tip that goes into the injector. Might want to pull your crossover tubes and check the tips and also like suggested above check the orings. With the temps that the cylinder head goes through, you really should replace the orings everytime the crossover tube is moved (ie pulled for injector).
You also used new copper washers, right?
Good.. now that youve done everything, and made sure all is perfect.. i hate to tell you, but its common and outside of new washers and orings, the only other option is new performance injectors like DD's.
