Rough idle

Hr Vp 44
I have a drag Comp on my 98 24Vlv it sounds like it misses and the RPMs fall about 30-50 RPMs momentaraly when it is idleing. There is no lag or stumble when i am in the accelerator. I removed the box and it idles very smooth. Also I was thinking of getting rid of the box all togather and investing in a HR VP44 and RV275's followed up with FASS this seems like more reliable power.
Does anyone personaly own a HR VP44 and is it worth it
