New to this Forum but not to the Cummins, I have owned them since 1998.

Sorry if this has been asked before, I did search a few pages, and there may be something new on the market.

I need to replace the radiator on my 2001 3/4 ton 4X4 six speed. The plastic on the side of the factory radiator cracked.

Does some one make a replacement radiator made entirely of alum., I am sure someone does.

Can someone recommend good brands and where to purchase a replacement made without plastic. Or which brand of radiator to avoid.

I had the same problem and replaced mine w/factory equivalent from a local radiator shop I used in the past. I couldn't see spending The almost double price for the all alum.

 

I was leaving for vacation when I changed coolant and did a pressure test and found a leak, I had no time to wait and put in one from autozone or kragen and has been in there for several years and working fine. I tow a large 5er.

 

We had factory Toyota radiator leak on our 96Lexus, I've replaced it with $100 off of ebay and its been on the car for years now.
