Removing Pep Boys cab lights?

Removing Pep Boys cab lights?
My truck has the Pep Boys universal cab lights. Is there any way to fill the holes if I remove them?
Each light has three 1/8 inch holes, so no big hole like the factory lights. Is there any way to fill the holes without it looking bad?

When I took off my moon visor, I got some plastic plugs from home depot, painted em red with factory touch up paint, and popped em in with silicone for water tight.
Small enough that you only notice if you know I used to have a visor.
