rebuilt tranny
I just had my wifes tranny rebuilt at dodge. I bought a BD torque convertor and valve body and dodge rebuilt the rest using stock clutches and parts. Will this set up hold a #6 fuel plate and 370 injectors? If not, how high of injectors can I go safely? Thanks for all of the help.

ridofpwrstroke,
I trust you bought a triple disc converter. They will better able to handle the power you are creating. Thats why I put one in mine!!!
After 2 years of beating, 350 hp 1007 tq, its still kicking _ _ _!
Best of luck with the wifes build up. Just don't make it to fast so see leaves you in the soot.

I am not home right now as i am in iraq. I was home on R&R in sep and her tranny was starting to slip with just the fuel plate. I talked to the diesel guy and he recommended the bd torque convertor. Said the thing will go out again if i dont upgrade. I have not bought the injectors yet but i saw a set on ebay for under 300 bucks. I am going to build my truck up some more with a south bend and a bigger turbo with some 150 horse injecotrs. Little more than the dd2 i have on it now. I think i will be able to stay in front of her.
