Hello, New guy here! First of all, great site and lots of excellent tech. I saw a 2nd gen ram with a cool looking hood and I can't seem to find one like it online. It had a single scoop on the pass. side and looked to be working (not a dummy) I really like the look of a single scoop and it seems like it would get some cooler air into the filter. Has anyone seen one of these, or know where I might find one?

Welcome to the site. I just did a quick google search titled "Dodge Ram Hood Scoops" and came up with several sites showing hood scoops. I have seen several trucks with this feature. Looks very cool. I haven't seen one that was actually functional though It should be doable though and probably has been done

But I wanted it with the scoop only on the right (pass.) side. So I guess I'm still looking.

I think the hood you are refering to, was a member of cumminsforum, and it was a lund hood scoop, but it was screwd on to the p-side, and made functional!!, here is the link:
