06 Power Boxes, Exhaust, and Ram Air Hood
06 Power Boxes, Exhaust, and Ram Air Hood
So whats everyones opinion on power boxes? Lookin for 125 hp+. What would i have to do for airlflow to handle this. How Much power can the G56 handle? Im thinking Banks is probably the best. Does straight piping sound good on these CR diesels? or What muffler give the best stong sound without sounding raspy? Also i have heard of true Ram Air hoods for the Cummins, WHo makes those and where can i get one? Oh ya and shifter *****, whos got a good selection of those. THats it for now, thanks guys.
here is a straight pipe on a CR diesel, inside and out

The G56 i wouldnt trust with too much power, but its too tough to tell right now as not enough people have bombed them.
Power box for 125+hp look at the BD Crazy Larry, TST, and Edge HOT Juice.
A big intake and a 4" exhaust is good for the airflow, and then of course a bigger turbo or twins for even more airflow
avoid banks.
