Rack Plug?

Hi,

I have not messed with a whole lot of p-pumps, other than turning the smoke screw. A guy told me you could put in a thing called a "rack plug" in the front of the pump and pick up 40 horsepower. Just wondering if you all have ever heard of that.

Can't you just put a washer in front of the plug?
