The only way you're going to make the VP live monger is to park the truck and loose the keys...........so i the mean time, Rip it up!

 

i guess the 12valve swap fund will continue to grow.

Thanks, I am very pleased how well it's been performing at the pulls. Would like to try bigger injectors, but I just can't see changing something that works.

Quad do you know if mine has been sent to me yet? I was told that it would be shipped out tuesday and then i called back tuesday and was told it would ship out wednesday. I never got the phone call that said it was shipped. So i was just wondering if it was shipped or not yet?

Yeah, he called me back as I was on my way to the Cummins place... I'm in. He said they had a problem with a supplier, but its fixed now so if I remember correctly he said it'd be shipped next week. Can't hardly wait!

 

Quad, will I be able to use the turbo timer with a 6 spd?

 

Yup, it works perfect with the 6sp.

You need to make sure you take it out of gear before you let the clutch out though or you might be really upset depending on what you park in front of!

 

Why would you swap for a 12 valve, when you could just p-pump your 24v.
You loose alot of airflow. A 12v CAN breathe like a 24v but it will cost alot more $$. Why pull the whole motor, just swap the pumps......
