Seems like some of us get the software running and then plug into the box...other than that I can't help...

Does your new laptop have Vista on it? I have vista and can not get the box to work with it. I spoke with someone at quadzilla and was told it was not compatable with vista yet. I have been using my computer at work to update.

What issue are you having? Lets start there

Bnold... how is your fuel pressure working?? Mine seems to max out at 15psi on the pod... and seems to be a little all over the board.. I'm going to try adding a seperate ground for the sensor.. and see if that stablizes the reading...
Also having the very.. very light to no load surge.. really noticed last night cruising on a long flat road with a 50 mph limit... less than 5 psi boost...

latero...
I had to call Justin at Quad's and he walked me through it... someone need to post the steps.. I need to setup another computer...

The newest BETA 300 program has a very, very, very minimal surge around 1800rpm. I have no idea why I have a rough idle with my manual high idle at 1200rpm on PL01-PL10 and smooth as glass on PL00, very weird??? Makes me kinda worry as no one else has encountered this problem. As for my remote starter no playing well with the Adrenaline, lost there too. Kind of makes a remote starter pointless if it won't start my truck, wish I had an auto transmission. The stupid manual transmission needs to be set in a sequence to tell the remote starter that the truck is in neutral and the Adrenaline's turbo timer throws that out of wack, intern making my truck not remote start. Not complaining, just letting you know how it works with my truck. I can get around it by running one of the programs that has no turbo timer in it. My home computer has Vista and it does not work. Had to use my laptop with Windows XP to program the Adrenaline. Steps for a Vista computer would be great...

Any testers out there running a HRVP44 with the Adrenaline? Silly question but if so, is your idle lope still there or does the Adrenaline fix that??

ok i still have surging.... but only at very specfic times 55-70ish mph holding on the highway.. and i ran on level 3 cause i couldn't take it on level 8,6,5, etc..

but in town i have NO issues... around town it works great, no surging. its just the highway once i get into 4th gear.

i had one more problem. i don't know if its something new from my truck since i hit the deer or what. in the stock pl06 file i could punch it and away i'd go through the gears. on the new one it kicks out/bucks hard just before it shifts into second when i put my foot down. i can't figure it out at all. level 8 and 10 have both done it to me now.

and my horn wont chirp while there turbo timer is on too. but minor detail. that i don't care about.

Just got to start the truck after loading the update yesterday, turbo timer took off in level 00 and works like a charm for the alloted 20 seconds...won't shut off with either brake or accelerator pedals...I'm headed back out of town tomorrow so I'll have some highway to report on...

Fuel pressure worked pretty well in the beginning... just occasional hiccups.. Now it seems that it is all over the board! I even had it sit at 0psi for about 5 mins straight on the way back to school today! spends about 50% of its time in the correct 18-20psi range and the rest is bouncing between 0psi and 15psi... I've already ran a dedicated ground...

My surge is exactly as yours...

My TT works on all PL levels... and I can kill it with the brake or accel pedal... sounds like the 98-00 and 01-02 react a bit differently with that?

Ahh that sequence is what is killing you! I just have an emergency brake kill on mine so the remote start wont engage if the ebrake isn't set... I use my TT always anyways so the truck is always in neutral.. Remote start works great other than the fact that when I'm using the Adrenaline TT I cant lock my dang doors with my remote start system!! May just have to resort to keep using my Remote start TT system... Then it all works perfect!

So it seems...I had issues with the high idle in the last tune as well as not being able to shut off the TT...

Thanks Ph4tty, that was an excellent day of running the rollers with a bunch of great guys like Morkable, Tate and Cranked Dodge. Bnold, you're remote start works on a emergency brake kill sensor? Funny thing, as soon as my 3 minute turbo timer is done, it usually shuts off. Now with the Adrenaline, after my 3 minute turbo timer runs, the Adrenaline's 20 second turbo timer takes over and messes up the remote start sequence. Not overly concerned because I pretty sure Quad can whip up a program without a turbo timer.
