I have a whole 12v motor on the way with the p pump and everything...im going to swap the pump onto my truck because my pump is going bad. Im not going to buy the swap kit because i will have the timing cover and all that but the only thing that i really cant find out right now is the oil line, does anybody know were i will tap into to get that??? im hoping somebody out there can help me!

 

Is this being swapped onto a 12v or a 24v? If the former, use the stock line. If the latter, you can do it a couple different ways. You can put a banjo bolt where the stock feed fitting is in the pump, but you'll either need a banjo with a thin head, or make one with a thin head. Clearance between the banjo bolt and cylinder head is very tight. Its a pain in the butt to get at it. There is a hex head plug on the other side of the pump that you can use for the oil feed. You'll need an oil restricter if you choose to go with that side, to prevent flooding the pump.

 

yea its going into a 24v. ive got some spare banjo bolts laying around i could prolly make one of them work
