Well i installed a Diablo Power puck on my fathers 2002 H.O. 6speed 4x4 about 2 months ago and he hand calculated over 21 mile per gallon, which netted him an extra 50 miles per tank. He can now go over 600 miles on a single tank of fuel. Plus the truck has more power which he likes.
Not to sure what you mean by the Cant stall feature??

for some wierd reason im getting better mpg on setting 9 than the fuel saver mode on the smarty, ive gained 2 mpg maybe 3 if i drive easy, and the power increase was awsome,i dont know of anything that disables the cant stall feature,i think its there to help the engine,it may be hard on it to lug it so low that it stalls.theres a used smarty in the classifieds here, you wont be disapointed with one,

i went thru about 2 maybe 3 tanks on fuel saver mode and wasnt on the throttle any more than normal,i really wanted to save fuel so i was even easier than normal driving,i really havent experimented much with many settings besides fuel saver and 8 with my comp and 9 with no comp,i havent even tried the others, with the smarty on 8 and the comp on 3/3 was pretty good mpg with wicked power but on smarty 9 and no comp with my injectors im seeing excelent milage, almost as good as my old 12 valve,i can almost see 650 miles per tank, thats driving pretty easy though.the old egg under the pedal trick.
