PDR370s not smooth

A while back i installed a set of PDR370s in my truck. Before the 370s all i had was a 0 plate and my truck ran pretty good and smooth as a ribbon. After the 370s, i gained some power, but my truck just doesnt sound nearly as smooth as it used to, and it bothers me. I know these injectors are known for having a stumble down low, but ive never really had that problem. My truck just doesnt sound like it runs smooth at all though. We put the thinnest washers on when we installed em. Ive recently had my timing set to 17* and installed a set of 191s, it seemed to help some, but it still just doesnt sound smooth. Is something wrong or is this a common problem with the 370s. Im aware that the spray pattern isnt quite right for the piston, thinkin about just yankin em out and goin to DDP3s.

Or for the new era 370's or even 435's! they run very smooth, nothing compared to the pdr370's i had before!

the ddp's in my opion are a higher quality injector than most edms available for the 12v. for example my ddp4's made more power and are much cleaner than a name brand of 5X16's on the market. extrude hone is the way to go when done by someone who know what they are doing. the ddp's have made huge power and garmons truck all use extrude hone as well.

I really dont know, i guess you get what you pay for, bi went the 435's route only cuz the money!

and ive seen people suggest either ddp4 or 435's so i thought they where on the same power level, but a lot cheaper!

teddyBear, tell us how your 370's work out, and your new turbo!

They arent the smoothest injectors..

What i did to aleviate the problem was loosen up the springs a couple of clicks, and back off the AFC housing a little bit, You might also wanna check the throttle springs, all three of these have a direct effect on the smoothness..., but the springs are mostly on the bucking if you have it...
