painless wiring ideas?

im trying to figure out where to mount my 7 circuit painless wiring block. i know some of you have these and was wondering where and how you all mounted these? its a bit crowded on the drivers side under hood so how and where if you will please?

Mounted mine on upper passenger side of the firewall in the engine bay. I pulled some of the soundproofing back and mounted it there. I can take pics tonight if you'd like. I think it is where you would "cut the hole" if you had a Scotty II and were so inclined.

I mounted mine on top of the black box which holds the fuses on the driver's side fender well. Can't remember what that fuse box is called though. It's right behind the battery. I've had it mounted there for about 2 years with no problems.

Looks like I used some standoffs. If I remember right they came with the fuse block.

That's the exact spot you would drill the hole for the scotty 2.
