can anyone tell me why i keep getting overboost code with my comp. i thought the comp had a boost fooler. could my map sensor be shot. i had the truck scaned and it said i had 13 psi boost at idle (gauge read 0) and 36 wot (gauge read 36). ive been told to change the map. i will do that monday but if thats not the problem where do i look next? called edge talked to two guys and both said its vehicle related and not a box problem.

i just returned my EZ for the same problem.

 

im on my 4th comp right now in a year. if its a box problem again then i guess my truck dont like the comp and i will find something else it likes.

 

how are you reseting the fault? i've tried everything i've read on the site and what the man at edge told me to do and the fault will not clear. it's as if it's in flash memory.
