Ordered my "Smarty" today!

I gave Bob W. a call and got a Smarty coming, should be here Wednesday. I'll report back with results after I get some time behind the wheel with the new toy.

Gotta watch out for the ninja mailperson, they'll sneak up to the door and leave the little "sorry we missed you" paper.

No wait I got a better one. A guy ordered new Rancho shocks from us for his 04 F150. They come and one shock is missing. Hmmm funny. Anyway, customer calls and we ship out another one and do the proper insurance paper work. So he gets one from us, one direct from Ranchero ( I dont understand) and the FedEx driver finds the missing one in there warehouse and gives him that one also. So now the guy has 2 spare shocks. We didnt pay for any extras just did the insurance paper work. The insurance company paid for us to ship another and they sent one from Rancho also. The wheels of big buisness....you just wonder how much money big companies like that burn.

Yah, I have had that happen a few times before. I have even called the post office to ask when I could come pick it up and they have no idea where my package is or when it should be available for pick up. So between them not knowing where a package is and the mailman attepting delivery while I'm at work I usually get ahold of my package 2-3 days later. I hate the USPS. I never use them anymore. Too bad Bob doesn't use Fed-Ex or UPS. Ok done venting!

Those two are just about as bad.

I'd vote for DHL, my few dealings with them were much better experiences than Fed-UP or Brown.
