Im really undecided by my lack of knowledge on modding a truck just trying to get a feel for what is best as far as driveability, towing, and fun. Oh, and ease on the pocket book if you know what I mean.

I know what you mean I would sugest staying with your vp and throw all of the electronics at untill it dies on you. Then sell the electronics to help pay for the p pump conversion. You will get more power and reliabilty from the p pump but that is a big chunk of money to do at once. You can by the electronics one at a time and the cost will be a little cheaper but once you get the p pump you can moddify it on the cheap cheap. My only ? Is with the electronics you can tune it for milage when tire roasting power is not needed but if you have the p pump and it is set for kill what kind of milage do you get for daily driving without having to pop the hood and detune?

Don't forget about the clutch/tranny build-up.

yes for sure you will want a clutch or tranny upgrade and you should wait tell quad gets all kinks out of the adrenaline and get that with the pulse and that will take care of your gauges and all the electronic help you will need. My ppe lift pump is a 160 gph pump and I love it. It was only like $230 so if you want a good lp for cheap(er) then check it out. I would also look at Mach 4s' they are more $ but worth it from what I hear.

Sounds like a good idea on the time line. I used to have an 07 with the pmt and I was not real thrilled with digital gauges so I think im going mechanical. As far as the clutch goes im getting a southbend just dont know which one im going to need dont know where I will be at hp wise. The Mach's are those through Don M.

Yeah I went to his website and it has a list of his dealers. I just dont want to send them to a dealer and them to him and him to them back to me, if you know what I mean.
