oil pan install quick question

screws keep pushing the gasket out at the front and back of the pan with only a little bit of screw pressure. Anyone used gasket sealer only in this situation 1104 is what i have

The oil pan is internally coated with Teflon. Gasket shellac, contact-cement, etc won't stick.

Just set all the screws a couple of threads into the pan and through the gasket. Put into place and run them in.

Been there, done that.
