Oil in cold pipe of twins

A2k on B2 i have some oil seeping out from around cold pipe boots between the two turbo's. is my b2 going bad and do i need to rebuild it or am i under boosting and causing a vac. pulling oil from around the bearings if so how do i prevent it.
any info would be helpful.

two problems i have seen,

do you have the both oil drain tubes from both turbos connected with a "y", flowing into the same hole into the oil pan? (resticted drain may cause that,)

another thing: too small of an air filter, or a clogged filter,

could be anything else though...

Not uncommon to have small amount of oil coming from the primary to the secondary...through the compressor. It's due to vacume pressure from the secondary. I have seen it also. I suspect it's more common than many realize because they are not dismantling their pipes very often.
BD told me it's common and not a concern.
If you have blown a seal on your primary, you would have oil everywhere....up to and into the secondary!!
