o-ring/firering???

ok.. can one of you help me with the advantages/disadvantages of o-ring and firering a head? approx cost???

I know of instances of both orings and fire rings not holding at boost levels close to 100 PSI. You'll hear from people that can prove either o-rings or fire rings are better. It's best to call the makers of both and go with the one that you're most comfortable with. In my mind, O-rings seem to be the way to go if you're going to build a daily driver.

Here's the list of places that I have talked to; Haisley, EEP and Rod @ Wildcat.

I PM'ed you with prices that I've gathered in the last 2 months before I chose a method.

Both methods work well if they are done right. I think its the other way around the fire ring head seems to be better for the everyday driver but I can only talk about fire ringing from my experience.
