No smoke with Quadzilla Adrenaline?!

I have had the Quadzilla installed for a little while now (2 months). I get huge power gains throughout all RPM's. Sadly, I dont have smoke....truck will haul ***, but that signature move of a diesel bellowing out smoke just isnt happening for me. The wire tap in on and I read somewhere that I could solder and heat wrap it...just dont know what to do. I want smoke!!!!!

My truck is a 2001, 5-speed manual with only 70,700 miles on her. I just dont think anything is messed up but the wire tap....

Do you have stock injectors, clutch, lift pump?

I assume like the Edge Comp, there is a De-fueling setting....Check that..you might not be fueling at low rpm as much as you could...my Drag Comp on 5x1 with stock injectors wont roll the coal..but 5x5 with stock injectors gives a nice burst if I punch it off the line...and clears out as soon as 1st gear is done...

Everything is stock besides the intake and 5" straight pipe exhaust. I do have the AirDog 150 sitting on my floor in the house and I yet have installed it. :/ I just want to figure out the smoking issue before I install the AirDog which will cause it to smoke.

Air Dog won't make it smoke, bigger sticks will.

get that airdog on asap. sounds like you re trying to make it smoke (flooring it at times) - by doing this you are probably sucking the fuel pressure down quite low and causing some stress to your IP. get the airdog on, then figure out other issues - if any

I cant thank you guys enough. It was the de-fuel settings on the pulse. said it was turned off. So I did what the book said to do for safety precautions and I have it set on the boost part @ 17, then the EGT part @ 1250. Im bellowing out smoke now and truck runs the same. What settings are you guys running out there?
