Nice bumper but where are the tow hooks?
Do they really think that someone who wants this heavy a bumper won't also want tow hooks?!? What have you done for tow hooks on yours or do you just use the receiver?

I used to have that setup. I welded hooks to the bottom of the uprights. I found It easier to use the receiver with a shackle. Hooks didn't get used for much.

They owned 10% to 15% of the shares, that were bought back
Does Ford Own Cummins?
here is the agreement / legal documents showing that Ford was prevented from purchasing more shares than allowed, which kept them under the threshold for making decisions for the company "acquiring beneficial ownership" or so it's termed.
any Person who becomes a Beneficial Owner of 15% or more of the Common Shares then outstanding and who, within 5 Business Days of the public announcement by the Company or such Person that such Person has acquired such Beneficial Ownership, divests itself of a sufficient number of Common Shares so that it is no longer the Beneficial Owner of 15% or more of the then outstanding Common Shares; (iii) Ford Motor Company, a Delaware corporation ("Ford"), provided that Ford does not acquire Beneficial Ownership of Common Shares except as permitted pursuant to Section 3.2(a)(i), Section 3.2(e) or Section 3.2(f) of the Investment Agreement between the Company and Ford dated as of July 16, 1990 (the "Ford Investment Agreement"), or pursuant to the Option Agreement (as defined in such Investment Agreement);

Just being lighthearted about the occasional recurring questions regarding the absence of tow hooks on 2nd Gen Dodges, when ford gets mentioned the Ford owns cummings thing used to pop up a lot

Personally, pulling something backwards is hard on ring and pinions...and towing a 2nd Gen on all fours is he'll on the driveline if you don't drop the propeller shaft....nice bumper though.
