Does it pop in and out of OD or does it go in and out of TC lockup?
If it's lockup then you have possibly an issue with electrical noise on the TPS input on the PCM- DTT offers a noise filter.
If it's the 3-4 stuff I'd ask the vendor for support.

There's an easy fix for that. Do a search here for Torque Converter lock-up. There's a small electrical doo-dad (that's the technical term, I'm having a senior moment) that you attach to two wires coming out of the ECM. I had that problem, this part fixed it right up. I ordered mine from DTT, cost about $40.00 American.

If you can't find the information you need, PM me, I think I still have the directions from DTT in my truck file, and I'll e-mail it to you.

It's a noise filter- goes between the APPS signal wire from ECM to PCM and ground- will eat up the voltage spikes cased by the alternator and oeehr stuff in the electrical system.
Some are just capacitors others are a little more sohisticated.
Look for noise filter under http://www.dieseltrans.com/dodge/price_list.htm (There are others that sell that stuff too)
I strongly recommend soldering the connectors of the noise filter to the wiring in the truck!
