New Isspro gauges Damaged?? Or?

Just got my new Isspro Trans temp and pyro gauges . Takeing them out of the box I notice something is rattleing in the pyro gauge. I took out the light bulp and found a small brass washer with a flat side inside and poored it out, maybe broke off something. Whats this broken of piece of brass washer doing inside the gauge?

Then I try the gauges in the holes of my piller pod already installed in my truck with the fuel press gauge and notice that the needle center "black button" is off set with the hole in the whiteface backing. looks like crap. Looks like the needle shafts are bent, they arent square with the white face or the glass.

My fuel guage that I had for a while the white face and the needle center black botton is center perfect.

Am I too picky are or Anyone else have Isspro gauges that the face hole is not centered with the neddle , maybe the neddle not square with the face???

I had a brass washer come out of one of my three gauges too. My needle shafts are straight though.

Angry

My Isspro pyro is reading off about 150°, and the trans temp gauge had a loose wire causing the readings to jump all over the place. Apparently there is some sort of screw on the pyro amp that you can adjust to the correct temp THis should have been done at the factory, now I am going to rely on a seat of the pants reading to monitor this important function
Isspro should replace the gauge but I know they won't!
Looks like SPA's may be in my future!
