so basically it is a water passage problem that can probably be fixed right? is this a major concern or what? if im definitly gonna have problems then i dont want it. how much "hop up" can it handle before it stress cracks?

If you go with 24v, get a 01.5 or an 01. They have 4 wheel discs.
