It doesn't say torque, but it says 60HP more then the original FMS which they said was an honest 100HP.

Most fueling boxes only use a maximum of 63% of the total flow of theVp44 how come we can't use more

Most but not all. The Redline is one that is using more. The TST Comp is also more.

Because this puts the duty cycle of the bypass solenoid at the functional limit that Bosch has stated, or so I hear.

Obviously, guys with custom TST programs can far exceed this, and many have had the pumps survive when they shouldn't.

No one really knows how much the bypass solenoid can handle before it melts down. Remember, it has to close 3 times per engine revolution. At 3K rpm, the bypass is closing 9000 times a minute, or 150 times a second!

You can see how it might get hot, and need a little time to "rest" rather than have it extended so far.

Besides, if you can't drain the pump's plungers with a 63% box, then your injectors are too small
