Not yet. If I could get one in a high-flow version I'd love to.

The new Donaldson air and oil filters are (imo) the most advanced on the market due to the nanofiber technology...

I'd kill for a 700 CFM powercore... no such bird for the RAM. Tell all your ford buddies that there is one for the pre 6.0 PSD though.

No killing needed. I got my 1000cfm powercore as a demo

Maybe Donaldson will wake up and offer an intake SYSTEM for the CTD like they do for the PoSDs in both 6.0 and 7.3L forms.

...well butter my **** and call me a biscuit.

So how does one go about getting a demo? What did it cost you?

I think I remember you talking something about a better BHAF, but I never kept up with the thread. I'll do a search.

That's funny because I looked at every single Donaldson I could find in the catalog. Seemed that every filter was either too big, or did not flow enough.

Man, that's awesome. I'll have to wait till I get home to see the pic.

I guess I should just say, what's the latest scoop Hohn?

they say these new amsoil filters flow about as much as the K&N drop in filters. I cant find on there site how much cfm they are rated.

I think that's because its a marketing scam... The filter media is superior no doubt. I think they are on to something, but the panel type filter is just garbage on this truck unless you sacrifice with a K&N.

IMHO I don't like the K&N. I think they have misrepresented their product. I use one on my firebird, that's ok. I'll be rebuilding that motor again anyway, and there's no electronic sensors or turbos to worry about.

I just got a look at Hohn's setup in his gallery. I'd be concerned about the plumbing. Have to get some clamp/pvc elbow action on that puppy

I've got a P537454 sitting here and plan on building a torque tube for it soon. 10*18 960 cfm @ 8" h20 if I recall. This is an enclosed disposable filter. The problem being is the filter housing will be very near the turbo, so I think I'll need some space-age type heat sheilding too. Got a link Hohn?
