I am going with a whole new setup for next years season! The truck will still be a vp for now! But i need to know about the Adrenalin!!!!!!!!! When will be able to spin 4000+RPM!! And dont say they can they cant! By buddie has the new tune on his 2nd gen and if he goes to 4K The truck sounds like crap, runs like crap, dies, and then throws a check engine light!! Are you guys working on this now?? I will need somethin before TS Outlaw event! And im hoping you guys have the 4K sledpuller tuned worked out, but if not i guess ill have to go with a redline!

 

Are you talking about the Sled Pulling Tune for the Adrenaline?

J Lent had his Adrenaline (not sure if he had his Smarty stacked or the tune he was running) fuel to 4200RPM. I would PM him or maybe he'll read this thread anyways.

 

Yes i have talked to him! But last i heard quad still had not worked the kinks out in it!

 

My truck only hits over 4k rpm with the Smarty stacked on it. The new tunes fuel differently than the old stuff. When I was on the dyno, the Adrenaline started chopping at 3800rpm by itself. With Smarty, it was still holding 490hp at 4k+. I know for sure that Quad is working on getting the tunes going, but I haven't talked with him since before Christmas. I'm interested in hearing something also. If he gets it figured out, I'll be selling my Redline.

I don't think Quad has been on much lately, maybe we should all call him & ask.

 

Maybe by the time I sell my edge it will be fixed, I sure hope so, thats the first program I'll have on it!!! J Lent can you make a video of hitting 4k while driving?? I really want to hear what it sounds like under some load!!

Can't get a video now, my truck is in pieces. I just got the bed unbolted & ready to remove in the morning. It won't be done for a month or 2.

Are the tunes on the site fixed to make them quit shutting off? I finally got a computer again and I'm ready to keep trying for the 4k mark.

 

Thats cool, can't wait to start my truck & tach it out. On jackstands, with no doors, no bed, no paint.

 

Only a couple of the new betas do this and no, they are not updated on the site yet.

Honestly it will probably be Monday? If I can I will get them up over the weekend but, no promises.

Don't exceed 3500-3600 in the meantime and you will have no issues.
