when haveing my truck at like WOT and full boost its like 35lbs if not more but if i let off real fast it like the compressor surge and its a real loud noise its this ok or do i need like a BOV or something o yea my Wastegates is welded shut to

And why does my black smoke stink like real bed eggs lol

i have a much smaller boost elbow on my wastgate ( no gauges) but my truck makes the same noise. I just try to let off the throttle gently.

 

Do a search on "turbo bark" to get more info on the noise. As far as the smell that odor usually comes from burning sulphur. Don't know why yours would do that unless the fuel you're getting is very high in sulphur content.
