Question Need some advice...

I have an Industrial Injection HRVP coming for my '99 to replace my dead VP. I already have a Holley Blue pump for a pusher back near the tank. I plan on installing a set of Geno's banjo fittings when I install the HRVP and also adding a fuel pressure guage to my A-pillar to keep an eye on things. As you can see in my sig, my truck is pretty mild compared to most. I'm not worried about squeezing as much power as possible out of it on a dyno or pulling a sled down the track. The truck will never do anything like that while I own it. It is my daily driver that spends 99%of the time hauling nothing but me and/or my small family. I wanted to step up to the HRVP to compliment my injectors for better performance without resorting to an electronic box. Do you think that the Blue pump and the Geno's fittings will be enough to keep my HRVP healthy?
Also, do you think that a Southbend MU 0090 Con. O will hold my combo? Like I said, I run empty 99% of the time. I might haul a car on an open utility trailer or a cord of firewood in the bed every so often, but that's pretty much it. I just need a clutch that will hold the power (however much that is) and still have a nice smooth engagement. The Con. O looks like it could fit the bill. What do you think?
Thanks,

Jason

You should be fine with your LP setup, just keep an eye on the fuel pressure as the Holley pumps tend to have a longevity issue. As for the clutch, you will be right at the HP limit for the MU 0900 Con O..... As long as you don't add any more HP you should be fine.
