My radio in my truck is has takin a dump any idea where I can buy a good used one for cheap?

Most of them could care less about a radio, aftermarket or not.

 

Not around here! Junk yard radios command some serious prices in my neck of the woods. Aftermarket has always been cheaper, and most aftermarket I have used get better radio reception and have more extra features like equalizers or preouts.

 

Yeah, down here a factory radio like that in nice working shape goes for around $250.00 at a salvage yard, and who's to say it will last very long, it is an electrical part so it has no warranty if bought from a salvage yard. I went and bought a nice aftermarket radio and the adapters to install it in my truck, this can be done for about the same price but with a warranty. But then again I did spend about $500.00 on my setup, but it is top of the line, far superior to the factory radio.

 

I have a factory cassette player sitting in my garage I want to get rid of. CHEAP! It came out of the truck last year when I got it.

 

I have a factory deck w/ cassette out of a 2001 Id be willing to sell it, if interested
