I have 4" exhaust running back to a 5 inch tip but up until this weekend still had a piece of the factory, 3.5" I think, pipe with the factory hanger where the muffler used to be. It is the hanger that has a rubber piece on each side for more support. When I took it off the nuts were rusted on and snapped the threaded studs. Is there anyplace where I can get a 4" clamp with the hanger that will fit my rubber supports or do I have to fabricate one?

Find a four inch clamp then grind the piece with the rubber off the old clamp and weld it to your new clamp

 

Any shop that install diesel exhaust will have them. We weld all joints in our kits and have boxes of the 4' hangers left over. We use J-hooks in there place.
