Question Need advice on first mod.

I'm going to order my Uni 908 this coming week so I can do my BHAF, but I recall reading a 4" exhaust should come first. I am a month or so out on the exhaust (I need to wait for sick time pay-out at work ). What, if any, problems would it cause doing the BHAF first?

That sure doesn't sound like a problem!

That's what I would expect, but I've heard stories of high EGT's. I'd like to do this right and if an exhaust should be first, then I'll hold off.

You can do the breathing mods suck as the filter, and exhaust in any order you want. It wont matter a bit either way. Whichever you can afford, or have lined up first(the filter), then go for it. There is no certain order to do anything, except that you need gauges before any fueling mods. Throw that filter on there, and let that turbo sing

Yeah, I got the gauges done a couple of months back, so now it's the fun stuff!

Anyone using the MBRP setup Kyle is selling? I am getting close and would like feedback on exhausts. I was going to go with Kyle, after talking with him regarding another post ... seems like a good guy!

Remember, the turbo housing outlet is 3 1/2. So 4" is good, but its just as good to remove all restrictions and have the same outcome. As long as the intake is open (Cool air, etc.). Just keep a close eye on that guage!
Good luck.
