hey guys thanks for all the help with my twin turbo questions, but i have more so i started a new thread. okay i know this question may sound really dumb , but i saw a ****** with twin turbo setup in "Dieselpower" magizine and he wasn't running an intercooler. he was using the same engine as me and he was pushing 1200hp, i was wondering if not running an intercooler is more for racing, or if maybe i could do the same. only reason i would consider this is my truck is a 1990 and i will have to do some modifying to use an intercooler.

 

the non intercooled high hp setups are for the 1/4 mile only. They use NOS to cool them. for a DD truck i would defiently want an intercooled truck...imo

 

The intercooler might be too much of a restriction for huge power in competitive use, but you're gonna want one on yours.
