The other day I bought a Power Edge EZ Module from a guy I work with. I have a 2002 dodge 2500 with the Cummins H/O. The manual says the module willl work in a 1998.5-2002. Well the map sensor plug is too small. What can i do about this?

 

whats the part number on it? should be one of these 3: EZD1000, EZD1000A, or EZD1000B.

EZD1000 = years 1998-2000
EZD1000A = 2001
EZD1000B = 2002

2001 and 2002 are interchangeable with an adapter.

2001/2002 are NOT interchangeable with 1998-2000.

 

Its a 2001 EZ1000

So where would i get an adapter?

 

it wont work.

the part number is EZD1000 therefore it is for model year 1998-2000 trucks. that '2001' you saw is most likely the date Edge Products made that particular EZ (date of manufacturer).
