5"x36" chrome miter cuts. I was gonna trim them down so they would be flush with the cab but I like the way that they sit right now so I'm gonna leave them.

I was gonna cut em down another 3-4" but after looking at em like this, I've come to like them sticking up like that. You can just see them from the front of the truck. It looks a lot better in person than it does in the pictures. Oh, and don't worry about that skinny little twerp. That's my stand in. I don't want anyone to really see what I look like. I'd never be able to handle the publicity.

Stacks look great! I am wondering though why you didn't mount the T-Pipe nearly touching the bed with the band clamp holding the t-pipe off the bed like Grand Rock has them set up..

Grand Rocks kit comes with one band clamp, I have 2 in my picture.

Blue don't cut em!!! they look better just like that, plus they get louder if they're cutoff right at the roof. If the drone is too much at times, take the headliner out and the rear trim panels and put some Dynomat or other typ of sound deadner on the rear pillars and the corners of the roof, helps out alot. With the windows down mines VERY loud if I get on it, but when i put the windows up and close the back it's almost inaudible with the radio on a little, except of course if you hammer down then you get a little drone still. My ford's the same way. And it's a straightpiped NA 6.9L MUCH louder than my CTD, but with the windows up it's still quiet inside. Plus it just looks so much cooler than a plain ol pipe hangin out the back Keep it up man, that's a sharp lookin truck!

those kits are $375 with the stacks included, same one i have...and i love it. i mounted mine down nearly flush to the bed, but i had to cut a much larger oval shaped hole to recess the bends of the Y-pipe.

after the stacks when i read about BigBlue and his map sensor trick...i love it ccuz right from idle i can just rev it and smoke shoots straight up...i love it.

BobCat698, because I didn't think about it. I kinda like it sitting right where it is. Makes it easier to clean behind the stacks now.

CTD2001, $375 included everything. Stacks, pipes, clamps, instructions.

SmokinFive9 4x4, I ain't cutting them. They look to good and like you said it'll make them louder. I've got dynomat on the roof and back wall of the cab so maybe that helps.

Thanks for the compliments yall. If it weren't for yall I'd never have my truck looking this way and running this good.

Now that the good doctor has given me the official seal of approval, I can now officially go around proclaiming to be a redneck.

Does anyone isolate the stacks? Or just bolt them straight to the bed? I've been worried about vibrations and flex from the bed going to the turbo housing. Am I worrying too much? Thanks.
