Help me,

I have a friend with an 01 that just got a Edge Juice w/Attitude and it runs good but not enough smoke for him off idle. I know you can unplug the map sensor for smoke off idle on the comp boxes. So does it work with the Edge J/A? and where is the sensor to unplug? I work really well with pictures. Please help this guy is dying for some smoke.

This trick does not work with That setup. Does he have the IP wire tapped? I can fill the road with smoke if I wanted to. Also get the hot juice big difference between 5 and 6.

 

I am pretty shure you can. Do a search on MAP or Smoke and you should find plenty of stuff to look at. I remembered reading something a while back here it is. You said an 01...here is a picture from Mopar1973Mans site for an O2 but they are all in the same place just behind the fuel canister.

 

The low boost settings...you can set it to disregard boost,It'll smoke plenty.
My pump aint tapped,and I can still get a fair charge of smoke,off idle.

 

I tried the map sensor thing with mine ,no more smoke.

 

Sorry, just going by what I have read....have a comp myself.
