I'm going to try this tommorw. I dont see why it wont work. If I take my signal wire and feed it with five volts the truck should smoke more, Correct? On the juice does it fuel max all the time when on low boost setting 5? Has anyone done this, Thanx,

Paul

i read on the # 5 setting for low boost fueling, it disregards boost pressure, so it should be fueling max

with my Banks Ottomind, it just caused the truck to shutter really bad as I was backing out of the driveway, never made it far enough to run it & see what it would do??? good luck, Dusty

Yea I read that in the book but it is the same as the comp. So why does the comp smoke more unplugged?

It worked! I jumped the two end wires and boy did it smoke. I dont think so much at the top end but bottom end was nuts.

a few questions:
1) after searching through a few threads i had found at 20.5psi, the signal wire voltage was suppose to be 2.44V. by feading the signal wire with 5V wouldnt it set a CEL or code? something along the lines of MAP sensor voltage too high?

2) lets say the signal wire is constantly fed a voltage that is equivalent of 20.5psi on the MAP (giving you more fuel off the line and bottom end), does the ECM compare this with RPM at all? i figured there would be a CEL or code to pop up since the ECM may be smart enough to understand you cant have 20.5psi at 800rpm?

CTD01, i notice you have a Edge HOT Juice that may be helping you get away with jumping the wires. im curious to how it would work for a stock truck...

I dont think it would work with a stock truck you could try it. The juice is a boost fooler so no CEL.
