Long Term? Probably not too good.
Short term and using the power sparingly? Longer of course.
Talk to Bill K about his thoughts. He knows this transfer case stuff better than I.
We have never lost a T case, but not many of my guys tow or sled pull.
I have the 241 HD in my 3500. It has never failed in 200,000 miles. Over 600 HP. But it has only been that way for a few months and lived most of its life at less than 400 HP. The 600 HP accounts for about 1% of that 200,000.
