Mach 1.6 w/Smarty or Catcher??

I'm thinking about adding injectors and was wondering if anyone is running this combo and towing. I'm running the Catcher ECM which I think is equal to the Smarty on "full". I tow a TT which weighs about 10K and I'm wondering if I'll get too hot in the mountains. I will be installing a Southbend clutch at the same time since I'm still stock.

Our Tow truck has Mach 1.2's and a Smarty on a HO truck and makes a solid 340hp and is a great tow rig. It can get up to 1200* on long steep grades but is very managable.

I just installed my Mach 1.6's last night. I have only 8 miles on them so far , but I noticed a HUGE improvement in bottom end torque. With my 3.54 gears and 315 tires, 6th gear was not useful under 50 mph. I noticed this morning driving to work I was doing 40 mph in 6th and it felt as strong as 5th gear used to feel with the stock injectors. VERY HAPPY so far.

I bought these instead of going bigger because I also tow a 10K toyhauler a few times a year. I also noticed the overhead computer is WAY off on instant mpgs because of the extra fueling with these injectors. With Smarty on Kung Fu, the overhead always read about 3 mpg better than hand calculated mileage.

The only issue I can see is having to be gentle on the pedal to keep it from smoking at low rpms.

Mine puts down a good 360 hp with a HRVP. EGT's are very manageable, they rarely go over 1200 and if they do you worked hard to do it.
