After the install by the tank i can hear that sucker run over the engine and the radio. is this normal? and when the truck is running and i stand by the truck it is very noticeable.

Maybe in the original location the engine covered the noise made by the factory pump. At least i will be able to tell when it quits working....

I can definately hear the pump turn on, but can't really hear it running. I might be a tad bit hard of hearing though
