Lot's of questions

I would like to apologize up front for a lengthy post, but I have some questions that I cannot seem to find the answer to. Before I start, I have used the search button and google. I am currently deployed to Afghanistan so some convienences are out, such as going to the local shop or what have you. I have a 99 2500 4x4 auto, w/160,000 and is completely stock. I have a general direction that I am to be going with a focus on reliability and mild towing. (my dirt bikes or my parents 20' travel trailer, once in a while) With that said here are my questions...

The first step, I will be taking my truck up to DTT to get my tranny done, there currently is nothing wrong, but I would like that piece of mind before I start the performance build.

Next is 4" exhaust, either BHAF or S&B dry cold air, with lift pump, I have a preference for airdog for some reason, edge juice w/attitude and the CTS for guages and programmer.

This is where it gets fuzzy for me, I would like to replace the turbo while I have the extra money, but am not sure what route to go, I was thinking the BD super B and possibly 100hp injectors. Does this sound correct? and would I need headbolts with this setup? What size lift pump would I need? I'm sorry I forgot that I would be adding the BD pulse manifold as well.

My initial plan was to have this done at a shop so that I could just come home to my truck and drive it, but with a $1400 install fee, I will just have the lift pump and exhaust put in.

Thank you in advance for any and all help in this matter.

I like my DTT trans. Only thing that went was the single disc converter. You can always get a triple disc setup and theyre not much more money.
Youll want EGT and boost gauges. Fuel pressure is a must with that injector pump. Id also try to decide how you want to do the head gasket. Once you add air, fuel and timing youre more likely to pop one. a set of ARP 425's is cheap insurance. You probably wont need better until you go over 60psi.

Ok head bolts are in then, Which turbo and injectors for this set up? I was looking at the BD super B, then I started reading about the Industrial injection Phat Shaft 62 and I am not sure which way to go?

I wouldn't let a few people's experience with DTT spoil your opinion of them.
There many times more people who are very satisfied with them.

These are my plans in the near future. I'm hoping to be around the 600hp / 1000Tq range.

-Formula 1 Helix 2 camshaft, and pro/sportsman valve springs
-Formula 1 Mach 4 injectors
-ARP 2000 head studs and valve train studs
-Super Phatshaft 66/80
-Meth/Water Injection

Thanks for the replies, I am pretty set on the DTT. I have had some good conversations (through email) and have read more good than bad, and it's only a two hour drive when I get home.

Does anyone have any advice on injectors and a turbo?
