Lost boost???

I've commented on other threads that I'm only able to get 27 lbs of boost. Wasn't able to find any leaks.
I completed my final guage install. I hooked up the fuel pressure gauge and here's what I got.
12 lbs @ idle, 9 lbs @ 70 mph, 4 1/2 lbs @ wot.
NOT GOOD!
Since the pressure is so low at wot, am I starving the vp44 thus not enough fuel is getting to the engine and no more boost?
Trucks going into dealership for confirmation of pressures. New LP I believe.

Makes sense on paper.

EZ plus bigger injectors plus the turbo master, you should be pushing 35 I would think?

Your turbo master isn't adjusted for 27#'s is it?

I've cranked in on the spring beyond their recommendation. My next step is put a piece of tubing in place of the spring which will completely shut off the wastegate.
Right now I'm going to get the pump replaced and finish installing the larger banjo bolts.
