When you tightened down the injectors, did you alternate between the injector and the connector tubes to make sure they seat together right? I know someone said something about that in an earlier post.

I popped the injectors and while putting pressure on the tubes, i slowly turned the injector till the tube popped in, then i torqued the injector, then tightened the lines

I always torque the injector hold down first, the the tube pops right in no problem.

ya ive done it probly 20-30 times before and never had a problem

Did you pull the injectors out and inspect the copper washers? Mine were half covered in black "soot" from not being seated all the way. Just throwin stuff at ya. I dont think if they had the soot on them they would ever seat again. If they were copper colored all the way around the washer where they seat to the head then they were'nt leaking.

might of cracked the return line during head swap?????? I tried the check valve on the VP and have a known good one if ya wanna try it.

Probably pull it off and put air pressure to it? I bought a new one and tried it, it didnt change anything, and left it on and still have my original.
