When you flash the Smarty with a different version, must you have the stock program back in the truck and Smarty not VIN locked? My experience tells me no because I have done just that on accident a couple times. Could this be why some guys are experiencing no speed limiter and no high idle/cylinder cutout with those respective versions. A question for someone who knows I guess.
