Lets see your lifted Cummins!!!!!!!!!!!
You shouldnt be. My truck with the 4.5" skyjacker rides better then it did stock. I have the billstein 5100 shocks. The BDS shocks I had made it ride like the axels were welded to the frame. The only change I would make (besides going bigger) is I might consider the BDS lower long control arm setup. Its a real nice looking bolt up type kit and I bet it would provide a smoother ride.
The point of lifting a Dually is beyond me. I can see a certain cool factor, but IMO you remove the whole point of buying a DRW truck and turn it into something less practical (and more expensive) than a SRW truck would be. Don't you get a DRW to tow/haul? Anyway, it sure does look good-- but looks aren't THAT important, are they?
Lotsa nice trucks in this thread. My "leveled" 2500 still has OEM wheels and 265 tires, and doesn't even merit a pic.
I don't feel the need to lift, because I don't off-road often enough or gnarly enough to need anything more than a 285 or 315 tire could easily do.
That, and a lifted truck wears everything else out faster, kills resale, etc, etc. You've gotta LOVE a lift to do it, and I merely like it.

this is my 4th 24v ctd truck
1)99 2500 5.5" and 37's
2)99 2500 10" and 39.5's
3)01 2500 2wd (only had 3 months)
4)99 3500 4wd
I HAD 22.5's on my truck for about 6 months or so maybe longer.. the performance with those was about the same maybe even worse than how it was with the wheel and tire combo i have now. from what i can tell other than braking i really haven't lost any performance that i can't live without..
the braking is taken care of by electric brakes on the trailer when i do very seldom tow an RC60 ASV skid loader. Honestly i bought the truck because i was tired of having 2500's and just wanted somethin different.. for as much as i tow the truck fits me fine and... i do LOVE seeing peoples reactions when you pull up next to them etc.. for the money i have in doing the lift i am very happy with the turnout .. the looks are VERY important to me... however ever since i got my first comp box... i've been hooked on performance.. just have to get a good tranny to hold the power that i want first!! anyways thanks for the compliments and constructive criticism haha
thanks guys Chris
how about fuel economy? our truck with the 3.55 gears got the best economy with 33" tires. the other one with the 4.10 rear so far anything larger then 35" gives me the best. 37-39" all give me the same.

Your truck looks great!! Love the look of a lifted dually.
Here is mine, didn't have a chance to get it all cleaned up, but then again it's never that clean.
Revtek 6" lift coils for a 3rd gen
Rock Kralwer long arms
Thuren Fab track bar
One Up Offroad 8" traction block system w/ 3/4" ubolts
Bilstien 5100s
SJ extreme drop pitman
DSS
Pro Comp extreme M/ts
3rd gen 17" aluminum wheels
Still have to get the front sway bar sorted out, limit straps, remount the brake and ABS lines and shim the carrier bearing. Maybe get a new front drive line or index the t-case

I have not see those long arms before. How do you like them? hows the ride and how was the install? What size tires are you running? Do you know if your 6" lift was actually 6"? I know the 4.5"s on both our trucks one turned out to be 6" the other 6.5"

The bar telescopes so you can mount them where ever you would like, each piece is some where around 44" but I ended up with a total length right around 60". The frame brackets are designed to be used on the open part of the frame, the next good flat spot past where I mounted mine is in a boxed section of the frame. They connect back to the fully welded lift block that is secured with 3/4" ubolts. The center coupler has a 1/2 bolt running through it that crushes the outside tube in. The bars are made by One Up Offroad, they are very well made, super tough and the service over there is top notch. I wanted to keep my overloads and when the standard ubolt flip that comes with the system had some clearance issues Dave went ahead and designed a new skid plated ubolt plate the day after I told him about it. I should have it sometime next week.
I can't remember the numbers but I got right around 6" of lift in the front and just under 4" in the rear. Its a little low in back but I'm thinking the coils should settle in a little bit. I was going for level but maybe a big bumper will help
The RK arms are okay. Like I said in another post, I don't think there is a perfect long arm out there for these trucks. DC makes the only real off the shelf long arms but I was told not to order them by their main vendor due to QC problems. Not to mention guys that really use their truck end up remaking them w/ stronger material.
The ride is better than stock and they will work for how I use the truck. thats why I bought them.
Tires are 37X12.5/17

one of the long arms I was considering is BDS now has a lower only long arm kit. It looks pretty solid and I like the way it mounts up while retaining the factory crossmember. Something that the skyjacker one does not.
Nothin as crazy as some on here, but it's mine. It will come down a little before to long, plan to put cut or go with fiberglass fenders so I can still run the 37s
