Thumbs up Large Meats

This weekend i will be installing a two inch leveling kit on my truck. I'll by putting on new tires as soon as i get that tax check. I was gonna go with 315 75 16's (35's), but now that we've all seen XLR8R's awsome looking '05 riding on 37's, maybe bigger.
So my question to you guys is, what is the largest tire you have stuffed under your gen 2 trucks with only a two inch lift? Post some picrures so we all can see those large meats.

I only have 33's, but the largest that I can recall is a 35 with the 2" leveling kit.

If you were to have longer or adjustable control arms you could push the axle forward and maybe, just maybe, fit 37's. With only the 2" and factory arms you can fit 35's but they will rub with little effort. What size wheels are you going to run with these 315's?

well, my original plan was the 315's and the stock wheels.

Would take a BIG refund check to get those 37's.
On your 16" wheels, I think 35's are it!

Oh ok, 315's on stock wheels shouldn't rub w/o some major terrain. Only problem is you are putting a 12" wide tire on a 8" (or are they 7", I forgot ) wide rim so they way wear a little uneven, but not bad.

315's on stock wheels will hit the control arms, not too big of a deal though...

yes the 315's on stock 16x8 aluminum wheels wear excellent. everyone who looks at my front tires can't beleive there are almost 18k on them. they look brand new. the rears however dont agree with 1,000ft-lbs on one side, and asphalt on the other. 9.9/10 times the tq wins this battle, and thus my rear tires wear quicker!

here is my 2" and 35's...looks very big in person, you'd think they were taller than 35's!!! 37's will not fit with a 2" spacer unless you trim sheetmetal, and use an aftermarket wheel with less offset
